The only exceptions are installed strings and opened electronic media, which may not be returned. Installed strings cannot be reused by other players and are considered used, while vendor agreements require us to only accept returns of DVDs, CDs, and software if they are in an unopened package with original seals.<br>1 Year Warranty<br>Anything that proves defective in materials or workmanship in the first year may be returned for refund or exchange, except strings. Strings are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. Because the total qualities of each instrument are unique, we cannot accept string returns for reasons of tone, including false strings. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not considered defects.<br>
