All returns are subject to inspection of Industrial Supply. The suction hose kit’s and water discharge hoses, must have functioning capabilities and must have no damage to them in order for a return. If the hose you’ve purchased have been used, and not in re-sellable condition<br>(i.e. meaning no cosmetic damage to the hose or fittings; or the usage of the hose as well),<br>we will not accept them. If a hose is deemed defective upon receipt industrial supply will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the total value of the item. Due to weight restrictions with USPS, and size not all items can be combined. For instance, smaller items can easily be combined in the same box.
